CHL France Launches Scaling Flexitarian Diets Initiatives Through Recipes with Carrefour and Danone
The Collaboration for Healthier Lives Coalition of Action is pleased to announce the latest outcomes of its French initiative, aimed at scaling up the adoption of flexitarian diets across France in 2023. In alignment with Carrefour’s pioneering commitment to providing a more accessible and environmentally-friendly diet, the members of CHL France wholeheartedly support collaborative efforts to implement this vision in both physical stores and online platforms.
Findings indicate:
- Products featured during the campaign experienced a sales surge of 167%.
- The percentage of consumers purchasing Nutriscore A or B products in their baskets increased from 42% to 45%.
- The flexitarian category achieved a notable 5% growth.
